Needs Improvement..

My daughter and I had dinner at Greenwich twice this week, and only three days apart. Lili loves Greenwich pizza and pasta so much she can have it everyday, lol.. Of course, it wouldn’t be a healthy choice. Fastfood should not be eaten everyday. It is much healthier if we prepare food at home because we can control what we put in them.
Anyway, the first Greenwich dinner happened at Greenwich Divisoria, while the second one at Greenwich Gaisano Mall. I have no complaints about the service at Greenwich Divisoria, but Greenwich Gaisano Mall has always been poor at it. I think the company should buy a Survey Software and conduct an individualized random survey among patrons to improve their service. Some fast food chains even conduct Online Survey at their website so that they will know exactly what they can improve on, what products are more viable to their consumers and what products they have to do away with. In these surveys, customers can even have a say as to what products to bring back or take down.

I was once the Guidance, Career Placement and Promotions Officer at a certain school here in the city, and I know for a fact that service rendered truly makes or breaks a company. And the best way to measure customer satisfaction as well as all other needs of a company, regardless of what product is sold, is to listen to its clients. And the best way to do that is through a survey. Perhaps if management is aware of the shortcomings of their people, then they can do something about it. We may like the food, my daughter and I, but service counts most..
