4. When you have decided to buy the car it is now time to sign contracts to make the sale final. Be sure to read all parts of the document carefully and make sure the terms are what you were led to expect. If there is anything that is hard to understand it is a good idea to get someone to help you clarify the details of the contract.
5. Make sure that the shipping charges have been thoroughly detailed if the car that was bought is in another state. It is wise to make sure that no other charges will be tacked on and the shipping price is included in the final contract that was signed.

It’s been so long since I saw someone suffer from acne. In the past, I have friends, students and most anyone I know talk about their acne dilemma or even discuss every solution for their problem. For those who do not know, Zoloft is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) antidepressant drug that is said to be used for treatment of depression as well as obsessive compulsive disorder. It is also used for premenstrual dysphonic disorder, panic disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, and social anxiety disorder. If a pregnant woman have taken Zoloft, chances are, the child born may actually experience zoloft side effects. I just installed Adblock Plus for Google Chrome in my laptop because I was told that it will help my browsing easier and faster, with no unwanted ads popping from everywhere.. It will help block banners, pop-ups, and layer advertisements. So too, when watching videos on you tube, it will block video ads as well.. What’s great is that, it will hide unwanted, annoying images on whatever site you wish to explore..

Well, I am gonna try it out in a couple of days and if I do not find it effective, which I believe is quite impossible, since it is well recommended, I shall simply take it off as I customize and control Goggle Chrome..

When I lived in Manila in 1999, I have heard from my male co workers at the BI about escort services. Technically, they are women who men can contact to take as dates at parties and even in wee time with no sexual favors whatsoever. I was at mailbox internet cafe yesterday because I had to meet with a fellow CDO blogger. While waiting for him, I killed time by using an hour of internet use just to surf the web. Nothing in particular to search about, just killing time. A little Facebook on the side, and some chat and bloghopping. Bloghopping is fun if all you do is blog hop. So that was just what I did. And I came upon this blog that featured a really huge house with five gateway entrances. Whew! There were also mailboxes on each gateway as well as benches. Grand design, huge space and technologically infused. They have voice detection as well as iris scanners. Is that really a house featured there?

Anyway, speaking of the mail boxes, one particular mail box caught my attention in the said blog.

What do you think? Isn’t it a grand design for just a mailbox? Well, there were still four others but as soon as the person I was waiting for arrived, I had to end my time and leave. I promised myself to get back on that particular blog to see the others, unfortunately, I forgot the name and url of the said blog. Good thing I saved this photo on my memory stick..

Do you know that our beloved dilis is in the red list for extinction? Yes, my dear fellow citizens of this country. The dilis, our sought after treat in the form of salted fish and fish paste, or cooked crispy fried, served with tomatoes on vinegar and scrambled eggs to match a cup of “kapeng barako” (native coffee) and pandesal or fried rice, is in danger of extinction. It is not only the dilis that is facing this dilemma, but 28 other fishes in Philippine waters.

If you have read the news lately, it was cited that twenty-nine bony fish species that is unique to Philippine waters, the dilis included, have been documented, and threats to their survival have been enumerated in “Red List Status of Marine Endemic Teleosts (Bony Fishes) of the Philippines,” which is a publication of the First Philippine Conservation Inc. (FPCI) and the Global Marine Species Assessment for the Coral Triangle.

We may read from specific articles that the Philippines is the world’s center of biodiversity, and that, it is home to a high variety of marine life. As a matter of fact, our country is the second largest archipelago with 7,107 islands and islets and territorial waters where marine life abound. Which is also the reason why we have many tourists coming in for the view and the experience, as well as the studies and discoveries. And with the red list at hand, we may be able to help preserve and conserve what little number of every species there is left among the 29 that was mentioned in the study.

As early as now, I can’t help but think about what’s to come by the New Year, a couple more days to go and it will come. That’s why one of my priorities before it comes is debt management. As a single mom and solo parent to my daughter, this is really my dilemma. It’s painstaking and worrisome to meet every single bill or necessary payments one at a time. I wish it were as easy as going to only one establishment and establish a routine that will save me enough time and energy in the process.In some countries, debt consolidation is the best option. But it is only for those who live by debt as such with the regular use of credit cards and some loans that needs payments. Although my situation is different, still I wish there is a way to consolidate all bills that needs my attention every month.. It’s draining and time consuming to think about… Much more so, when you have to travel to meet the said payments… Which reminds me of the site I just happened to drop by yesterday.. Anyway, before the end of 2009, I am thinking of advance payments so I can enjoy the holiday without any hassle and worries… At least in this season of hope, I am hopeful for a great turn around..
