More Food Adventures turned a year older, and since  I forgot all about celebrating I have a fun and delicious treat for all foodies following More Food Adventures. This is actually a double post birthday contest since a few months back I also turned 34.. That is why I called this “One and Thirty Four“.

A friend of mine recommended that Tatay eat protein bars & drink protein supplements like the IDS New Whey Liquid Protein that her dad is also enjoying. That was after I mentioned that Tatay had been very conscious of his diet. The said protein drink enables one to feel full even when he or she has not really eaten much. May is almost done and weddings bells will ring in June. Well, for most of you who will be tying the knot, I am sure after the reception is over, your hotel room will be filled with Kitchen and Dining items as these are mostly what are given during weddings. I remember always seeing Toaster Ovens, a bunch of Blenders and even Wine Glasses. The funny thing is that sometimes, these said items becomes doubled or tripled in numbers. What’s frustrating is that, you get a gift three times, but the specific gift is the same if not simply similar.
