Wellnessdaily

Wednesday, March 3rd, 2010

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of wellnessdaily.com. All opinions are 100% mine.

I am now on my fourth week of my weight loss program. Actually, like what I mentioned in my other blog, it’s just me and no personal weight loss trainer around to help me with. But so far, I am doing okay. It helps to add www.wellnessdaily.com in my online weight loss resources. aside from the You tube videos of Salima, (remember her?). At least with this site, I get information about health and fitness in just one stop. I need not browse for more and confuse myself.  Imagine me frowning before because one information I gathered is vague and leaves me with more questions instead of answers. But with wellnessdaily.com, every information is explained thoroughly. So that, when you pick something, you end up trying it out per instruction. Isn’t that amazing? And the best thing is that, you can think of any health or wellness related issues, problems or topics, you can surely find the answers there. And of course, I love the fact that it is easy to navigate. So if you are also aiming to lose weight like me, or if you have some major health concerns of any kind, try and visit the site mentioned here. The first time I did, I could not stop reading.

By the way, I just learned recently about their Twitter promotion which runs from February 24 through March 10. All you have to do is sign up and enter the Twitter contest for a chance to win a WellnessDaily.com prize package. The prize package includes coupons for a year-long supply of Jennie-O Turkey Store product and a one-year gym membership. And you know what? That alone is valued at $1,250. Cool! All you have to do is retwit, “Enter to win $ towards a gym membership & JENNIE-O turkey products. Just follow @wellness_daily “…

So, what are you waiting for?

Blessing in disguise

Wednesday, March 3rd, 2010

A lot of people complain about the bad things they experience. They complain about problems especially when solutions are not clear enough or when solutions are nowhere in sight. Most often, people complain about hardships. The many things that seem to be abundant and are causing so much more hardships. hmm..

Finding the solution is one thing, but bearing with it and winning over it is of course what’s best. But,  think about it this way, some problems are actually blessings.. blessings in disguise. It is just a matter of perspective..

Just some thoughts to ponder on.. It’s vague, I know..hehehe
