YUMMY SUNDAY: LONGSILOG & MANGO SHAKE

Back in the call center days, this is my favorite breakfast before we head home at 5:30 in the morning.. It’s longanisa with fried egg and garlic rice.. And below is my matching drink, Mango Shake..
It’s not so cold to be drinking Mango Shake bcoz we usually end this breakfast at 7:30 a.m. What with the waiting time and the chikka 2x… After this hearty breakfast, we either head home or go somewhere else.. During Saturdays, I usually head for school while I was taking up my masters during weekends, and the others usually go to the beach for their weekend get away…
I was able to taste this again at Tapsi Time while waiting for my sister end her shift at the Cagayan de Oro Medical Center last Wednesday.. It was not as good as the one we usually enjoy in Cebu, but I must admit, looks may be deceiving, but I did enjoy the meal…
