Imagine this: You field a case and this person is about to be tried in court a few months from now. However, the person is able to secure an NBI clearance despite the fact that he is charged for a criminal case. Not to mention the fact that the person is ON BAIL status!!!!

Whew!!! What kind of government do we have??? And the guilty is free to roam, laughing and saying that they can do anything because they have money!!!!
