Me as a Blogger & The MBS 3 Experience

I saw this teaser over plurk today…

So here I am joining in the fun of the MBS3 Contest… Well, it wasn’t all fun and games and prizes. The MBS3 stood monumental for me as it was the first bloggers summit that I have joined. And thanks to the MBS3 sponsors, we had the best time ever and paid only P 500.00 which is cheaper than all other summits I have joined in. The sponsors are Nokia OVI , Smart Communications, Make Your Own Havaianas, 1st Rafting Adventures, UltraCraft, Syntactics, Majesty Sales Center, Clara’s Shoppe, MakatiAve.com, Asterisk Event and Communications, and Loretos Bar and Grill.

Imagine this, my P 500 registration for the MBS3 gave me so much invaluable lessons in blogging in general, and fostered the depth of being a Mindanaoan Blogger. The speakers gave us knowledge that can not even be paid in sums of money as they are priceless. And of course, since I make most of my bread and butter through my blogs, I have appreciated very much their tips and tricks on how to make money thru blogs and of course, they are a great help to further my adsense adventure… And FYI: We were properly fed, thank you very much… All of that on the first day. The second day promised a whole day of fun and adventure throughout the city of golden friendship. And yes, I am from Cagayan de Oro City yet, it still amazes me how city tours excite me..

Moving forward, the MBS3 also gave me new friends aside from the learnings and freebies. Not to mention meeting personalities that we only hear about on the news. That means additional blogs to add to my blogroll, added information pages to read, added links and added visitors for my blogs. What more can I ask for???

On this note, I would like to commend the organizing committee of our organization, the CDO Bloggers, for a job well done. That also goes for all the participants and speakers, and everyone there (including the staff of Pearlmont and the representatives of sponsors). For we were all there to witness and be part of something that would change the face of Mindanao in the entire world…
