AVOIDING FORECLOSURE

Friday, November 20th, 2009

With the recession disturbing the happy, bountiful lives of the many people around the world, many homes are subjected into foreclosure. People should know that it will never be too late until the property is finally foreclosed. And before that even happens, we should be aware of the help that’s out there, waiting for us to simply nudge it.

I have heard so much about Consolidated Credit which has certified and trained housing counselors for credit counseling and they can assist us with different housing related problems. Wouldn’t that be a glorious act of GOD? A miracle I should say, lol… I mean, foreclosure is like the end of the world. It is similar to death and the loss could really be very devastating. Imagine losing your home while you traverse through the difficult financial challenges brought about by other economic constraints that foreclosure can bring. It’s an added burden for renting a new home and keeping up with what’s to live with, no matter how meager they seem.  But of course, like what I mentioned previously, if we undergo credit counseling, we will get all the help we can get, and perhaps avoid foreclosure and its added burden…

If you are in the pits right now and would want some help, visit this site that I have discovered online. That’s www.consolidatedcredit.org on your address bar… Remember, avoid foreclosure while you still can. Avoid foreclosure while it’s not yet too late…

MOMMY MOMENTS: YUMMY

Here are Lili’s favorite foodies… 100_4553

Whenever we have gatherings at home, Lechon and Spaghetti are never absent. These two foodies are Lili’s favorites.. I always laugh whenever she and River would pretend to go near the table for whatever reason they can think of, and when we are not looking, they will try to get the skin off the Lechon. Spaghetti is the food that she likes the most.. Whenever we eat where Spaghetti is available, she would order it. But if there’s no Spaghetti on the menu, she will look for Pizza… 100_4279

Keeping Healthy Kids and The Environment As Well..

Friday, November 20th, 2009

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of TrickOrTreatMe. All opinions are 100% mine.

Lili and River go to school, each with a bag and a lunch box. Inside their bags are extra clothes in case they soak in sweat as they play in school. Inside their lunch boxes are their snacks and a tall tumbler of water. Their snacks would range from biscuits, sandwiches, toasts or muffins and even brownies paired with milk in single serve cartons. Their favorite is Moo, but sometimes they like Milo and some fruit flavored milk in tetra pack. Either me or my sister Sweet prepares for their packed snacks and since both of us are quite careful about their nutrition, we make it a point to prepare the foodies as presentable as we can to ensure that the two will want to partake of them by recess time.

Why am I blogging about this now? Well I have read from the Trick or Treat Me website, about the importance of nutrition and the kind of food we give to our kids. For picky eaters, it is recommended that we give them something that they will most likely eat, but making sure that what we give them are healthy and nutritious. From the site, I learned that many moms and guardians have given milk in single serve cartons during Halloween, instead of candies and junk foods. Aside from its nutrients and health value, milk in single serve cartons are also very healthy for the environment as they can be recycled…
