I had to go through the emo chat room experience to understand an emo student of mine. For all its worth, I had to do it.. I had this problem of getting through what’s on my student’s mind. I just couldn’t quite figure him out. Being the second mother in school, I had it with me, to find out more about my student. And to do that, I consulted friends online, though indirectly, to understand more about people who like to call themselves as EMO…

And I was not wrong with the decision..

This was what I was able to get before Lili fell.. When they started jumping on their sacks, Lili fell, and cried. My initial reaction was to pick her up and hugged her. Part of me said that it was wrong. And part of me said that it was the right thing to do. If you are one friendly person, no matter where you are at, you are surely going to win friends.  I believe that a person who is truly friendly would go for friendships regardless of socioeconomic background, race, color or education.  I have proven this while meeting friends online and off line. But more so online. You see, as a Filipino, there are still some or a few who would not go for friendships with me, but in the long run, I discovered that truly racists and stupid jerks still exist. The most memorable friendships I have gathered are those I found through  black chat sites. And they do rock—
