Anyone here have any idea what Spread The Word For Charity is all about? Well, the reason why I am so excited to post this here is because the world’s no. 1 hotel search engine, www.HotelsCombined.com, has this really very good project. Marketing-wise, it is a very good way to inform many people about it and what it does, but at the same time, it is generous enough to give for charity.  The idea is simple. It goes by a word of mouth strategy. And teh rewards? Well, they are going to donate to a charity every time someone helps them spread the word about their company and this project. Isn’t that amazing? This way, charity can benefit more as the budget for advertising is added to the charity pot…

This is actually the simplest way to hit both goals. The company can then benefit from word of mouth and at the same time, build more people or build communities to support the worthwhile cause.  That to note, the company is able to donate what normally would have had to be spent on advertising.  Now, how is this going to be pursued? There are  three ways or three options. First, $20 will be given to charity for anyone to  blog about this, and I am doing it now… , Second,  $10 will be given to charity for a tweet, I will also be tweeting about this on twitter  and lastly, $5 will be given to charity for becoming a fan on their  Facebook page.

So why don’t you guys join me and spread the word about this project.. Many will benefit from this…
