How Helpful are Web Directories???
Tuesday, June 30th, 2009I have been enjoying a very carefree yet abundant life in the blogosphere. I have had so many new learning, new information gathered, new friends met and new aspirations that have stemmed from reading some good points or so from the blogs I visit. For me to be able to see the blogs according to their classification, I have come to rely on the available web directories. They have proven to be helpful enough that I do not get lost in terms of coming and going from one blog or website to another. Web directory is the key in my way through the wide world of the web. Even for business sites that I find helpful, a business web directory is what I use. As I said, web directories make it easier for us to traverse from one site to another.
In the same way, I was able to classify my blogs according to the web directories I place them to. Educational blogs, business blogs or personal blogs, name it, you can create a web directory for it and plan your way through the web. Or you can also create a pattern for your audience as to where they should go hopping from one blog to another. One very good example here is the one commonly used by everyone, yahoo directories or business directories. Truly these directories have helped millions of net users and with that their network is growing fast. Easy access means more audience.
One of the many advantages of having your site included in a web directory is the fact that it will help build its traffic. Remember, traffic online is good unlike the traffic that we all experience on the road, lol… Online traffic is best achieved when we enroll our site in a web directory or two… If you do that now, I am sure after 24 hours you will be able to relate with what I am talking about here…
